Mary Coleman, Administrator

Mary Coleman is a lifelong resident of Pendleton County. She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and has been a social worker for more than 15 years. Mary has assumed the role as Administrator in August, 2016. Mary has years of valuable experience working in long-term care. She knows from personal experience how difficult it is placing your loved one in long-term care, but has seen firsthand how the staff love and care for residents just like family. Mary finds having an opportunity to build personal relationships with our residents and community very rewarding.


Robin Mulloy, Activities Director

Robin has been the Activities Director since November of 2012. Before that, she was the Social Service Director for 15 years. She was awarded the prestigious Social Service Admissions Director of the Year award presented by the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities (KAHCF) for her outstanding work. Robin has been a resident of Pendleton County all her life. She has been involved with long term care services since 1980. Robin finds joy in building friendships and personal relationships with our residents, their families, and our staff members.


Carol Hurst, Dietary Manager

Carol has been our Dietary Manager since 1982. She has won the Honorable Mention award for Dietary Services from the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities (KAHCF) for her dedication. Carol has lived in Pendleton County all of her life. She is married and has a son, a daughter and a granddaughter.  In her free time, Carol enjoys reading, cooking, quilting, and collecting cookbooks and dolls.


Rebecca Robbins, Director of Restorative

Rebecca started working at River Valley Nursing Home in 1995. She started her career as a CNA. She moved to LPN and advanced to Director of Restorative.  Rebecca enjoys reading and crocheting.


Tracy Fickenscher, Infection and Quality Control

Tracy graduated from Campbell County High School. She attended college at Northern Kentucky University and graduated as a Registered Nurse. Tracy has been employed at River Valley for three years. Tracy lives in Grants Lick, Ky. She has three children and one grandchild.


Vickie Carr, Administrative Assistant

Vickie started her career with Licking Valley Oil in 1997 and joined the team at River Valley Nursing Home as Administrative Assistant in December of 2006. Vickie is also responsible for Human Resources. Vickie is married, has two children and one grandchild.  She enjoys reading, loves music and is actively involved at Blanket Creek Church.


Nancy Barger, Manager of Housekeeping & Laundry

Nancy has been involved with long-term care since 1993. She has lived in Pendleton County all of her life. Nancy has worked as the Manager of Housekeeping & Laundry since 2006. She is married and has one son, two daughters and seven grandchildren. Her hobbies include crocheting, reading and gardening.


David Tucker, Director of Maintenance

David has been employed t River Valley Nursing home for one year. He has more than 20 years of experience in construction. David graduated from Campbell County High School. He currently lives in Harrison County with his wife and two children.
